1. Place Your Order

Choose your preferred product from the options below and complete your purchase.

2. Send Us Your Photo 📸

Once you've placed your order, simply email us a clear photograph of your dog, along with your order number.

Ideally, choose a photograph that clearly shows your dog's face, colouring and distinctive features.

3. We Create Your Artwork 🎨

We'll use your photograph as inspiration to create a personalised illustration of your dog in our signature Wandering Hounds outdoor style.

Each design is individually created to capture your dog's unique appearance and character.

4. Preview & Approval ❤️

We'll email you a preview of your finished artwork before printing.

You'll have the opportunity to request one round of minor adjustments if needed.

We won't begin producing your order until you've approved your design.

5. Made Just for You!

Once approved, your personalised artwork will be carefully printed onto your chosen product by Clarke & Hound in Scotland.

Your very own Wandering Hounds creation will then be on its way to you!

Your Photograph

For the best results, please provide a clear photograph showing your dog's face, coat colour and distinctive features.

We use your photograph to create an artistic interpretation of your dog in our established Wandering Hounds style. The finished artwork will not be an exact photographic reproduction.

Artwork Approval

Every personalised design is emailed to you for approval before printing. One round of minor adjustments is included.

Production & Delivery

As each design is created especially for you, personalised orders require additional preparation time.

Our standard delivery times are 5–8 working days from artwork approval, with an express option of 3–5 working days from approval.

Please remember that the time taken to create, review and approve your artwork comes before these delivery times.

Please Note: Each item is individually made to order with care, so the size and placement of the printed design may vary slightly from the product photographs. Colours may also differ slightly due to the printing process and individual screen settings. These small variations are part of what makes each item unique.

Care: Spot clean gently when required. Machine washing is not recommended.

The walking essentials pouch is a zipped canvas accessory pouch, not a clip-on treat bag. We recommend keeping dog treats in their own packaging or a suitable food-safe container.
